Tearlach Resources Ltd. joint ventures Energy Technologies and applications of advanced oil and gas techniques contributing to successful initial recovery of oil and identification of additional oil potential on the Company's oil leases.

Tearlach has entered into a joint venture with United Pacific Energy Corporation (Gas and Oil Technologies, Inc) for application and continued development of oil and gas advanced recovery technologies, such as geophysical real time modeling, chemical, thermal, low frequency impact and pressure increasing applications.

The joint venture will apply combinations of those technologies to the Company's own gas and oil fields. The Company will provide licensing and advanced technology services globally.
